Private Dining at Flour

Thank you for your interest in Private Dining at Flour. Our contemporary back dining room provides an open yet intimate dining experience for any occasion and can comfortably accommodate up to 50 seated guests – plated or buffet – and 60 guests for receptions and more casual events. The dining room is available seven days a week for brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail receptions. Our event coordinator, Caitlin Jeffries, personally assists the event host to a create a successful party with a top notch staff culinary professionals at your service.

 Menus by Design

Chefs Paul Minnillo and Matthew Mytro are known to curate product-driven menus rooted in tradition, melding rustic sensibility with contemporary flair, and showcase the best of the season. From personalized family-style menus for convival dining, tasting menus with wine pairings or receptions with craft cocktails and creative hors d’oeuvres, there is nothing this team cannot create.

Need more space? The restaurant is available for larger galas on Saturday’s until 5:00 p.m.

Our event coordinator, Caitlin Jeffries, will assist in personalizing pre-fixe menus to meet your expectations of taste, service and occasion.
