Flour chef Matt Mytro | Pasta Pop-up Nights Jan. 19-20 at Spotted Owl in Tremont

Any chef likes to let the creative juices flow and stretch his wings. Matt Mytro of Flour Restaurant in Moreland Hills is no exception – and from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday January 19-20, his imagination will take flight during a pop-up dining experiment at The Spotted Owl bar in Tremont.

“I love the place – I go there all the time,” Mytro said recently. “So one day I reached out to Will Hollingsworth, the owner, and said ‘Hey man, I’d love to do something, some food, over there.”
